Biography

I have 24 years of experience working with legal, banking, and government customers to build and implement solutions involving document management, case management, and workflow.

As a former director of a company for 14 years before joining Morae, I understand the challenges of providing solutions that deliver the best outcomes for all stakeholders.

I lead the software development team at Morae APAC, and as a software developer myself, I understand the software and infrastructure behind complex systems. While in the software development role, my team and I built many integrations between different systems using existing industry-standard technologies, resulting in a seamless transfer of information between systems.

Now, I focus on working directly with customers on projects to consult and implement Morae’s solutions.

My depth of knowledge of the target customer base (legal firms, financial institutions, and government departments) combined with my many years of experience working with the iManage platform through its various changes over the years.
