Biography
I am Kenzo Tsushima, Managing Director of Legal Managed Solutions. I engineer and manage engagements that focus on the holistic needs of corporate legal departments. Unifying Morae’s talented legal professionals, our robust process optimization and quality controls, and leveraging both internal and client technology symbiotically, is where my passion lies.
I am an attorney with my J.D. from the Emory University School of Law and am an active member of the State Bar of Georgia. I grew up in the consulting world and my past role was serving as a Partner at an Atlanta-based boutique management consultancy. In that role, I helped clients optimize process, design technology roadmaps, and realize over $250 million in economic benefit. Currently, I work cross-functionally with our different business units, infusing current and future engagements with the subject matter expertise of our Legal Business Consulting, Digital Transformation, Document Management, and Enterprise Legal Management leaders. Additionally, I lead our SEEDS learning and development program for our Houston office and am a big proponent of Servant Leadership.

There is a lot of competition in this space and the market has yet to consolidate. Morae is well-positioned to continue to gain market share and be a market leader, and I want to shepherd through these initiatives and keep driving value through innovation.
Legal Managed Solutions are not merely staffing. An optimal LMS approach involves harmonizing people, process, and technology into unparalleled client-service delivery. We need champions to enforce this three-headed approach, and I am thrilled to lead that effort.
