I am Kristen Finney. I am responsible for ensuring our clients receive the highest quality solutions to complex discovery needs utilizing technology-driven innovation and best-in-class work product.
I have advised clients from corporations to law firms on how to proficiently leverage technology and resources to ensure the highest quality deliverable while maintaining cost efficiency and mitigating risk. I have supported a broad variety of matters, including FTC second requests, SEC, DOJ, and CFTC investigations, employment matters, global financial market manipulation, and large-scale civil litigation. I also have a passion for innovation and have taken an active role in helping develop technology to help better serve my clients.
