I am Laura Jungels, and I am responsible for client service delivery globally across our eDiscovery and Managed Services teams.
I have advised clients and overseen our service delivery teams through all aspects of litigation and investigations to ensure that critical information is identified and communicated to clients, allowing them to evaluate and mitigate their risk. I have managed large-scale matters including financial market abuse probes, global FCPA investigations and multijurisdiction product liability matters. I have significant experience leveraging technology to drive efficiencies, improve quality and reduce risk and costs for clients, and I have created presentations that have been used to argue for and defend the use of predictive coding in court hearings and in meetings with regulators.
