Biography

I assist global corporate legal departments in enhancing client service delivery, increasing operational effectiveness, and reducing legal spend through strategic planning, process improvement, and technology solutions.

With over 20 years of experience working in law departments in various capacities, including Legal Department Operations, Privacy Officer, Litigation Paralegal, and Electronic Discovery Specialist, I am well-versed in the business needs and requirements of in-house counsel, bringing the perspective of the practitioner to each of my client engagements.

I’ve had the opportunity to lead technology implementation projects for clients in the financial, pharmaceutical and healthcare, agricultural products, and professional services industries. I have a strong track record with Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Spend Management, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Legal Service Request (LSR) systems. I have guided teams through all phases of implementation—from requirements gathering to post-go-live support—while also advising on strategic process improvements and re-engineering for legal operations, law finance, and vendor management teams. These efforts have resulted in significant savings and added value through process automation and improved vendor oversight.
