I am Susan Chapdelaine. I help companies build practical information management and compliance strategies that encompass the entire information life cycle.
I have more than 25 years of experience in records and information management, practiced at three major consulting firms. I have worked in regulated and unregulated industries including pharmaceuticals, financial services, environmental services, energy and automotive, technology and professional services.
